Important Dates, without a document vault
Save a category, short label and date. No identity scans, document files or ID numbers are required. Dates are entered by you and are not independently verified. You can edit or delete entries on Important Dates.
One-time letter and housing analysis
The file or text you submit is processed for the current request. Letter originals, transcriptions, explanations and reply drafts are not saved in your account or chat history. Uploaded housing files and text are also processed without creating an account document record. Results remain on the current browser page; analyze a fresh copy after leaving it.
Temporary processing files use private RAM-backed storage outside the application folder and its file backups. Normal completion and error handling remove temporary files. A server interruption can delay cleanup until recovery. Only a task or date that you explicitly choose to save is added to your account. Use a short label without reference numbers or letter contents.
AI providers and their policies
When AI analysis is used, your submitted content and relevant profile context are sent to a configured AI provider. This service uses Grok (xAI) and Claude (Anthropic), with Gemini (Google) available as a fallback. A failed request may be tried with the next configured provider. Provider retention, training choices and international processing depend on their terms and account settings. We do not promise zero retention at those providers.
Before submitting a letter, remove unnecessary names, addresses, ID numbers and financial details. You can paste only the paragraph you need help understanding.
Information you choose to keep
Your account, optional profile, Copilot conversations, job profile text, generated application packages, checklists, tasks, dates and preferences are stored to provide those features. CV upload files are temporary; extracted career profile text remains available to your job tools. Avoid pasting sensitive identity documents into Copilot chat, which has saved conversation history.
Application records are included in operational backups. Account deletion removes active application data; older backup copies are not immediately erased. No one-time letter upload or its full explanation is deliberately included in application backups.
Your controls
Your profile offers data export, account deletion and email reminder preferences. Date entries and tasks can be deleted individually. Suggestions can be dismissed or marked not applicable, and restored later.
AI guidance and official information
AI and automated hints can be wrong. A date printed on a letter is not automatically a legal deadline. Confirm the relevant event, wording and date with the sender before saving or acting. Official links are provided for relevant topics; consult the responsible authority or a qualified adviser for immigration, legal and tax decisions.
